1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this document, carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zk899. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

zk899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will display a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

Clause 3

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on zk899, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. zk899 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
• You must not currently hold another active zk899 account under any name, identity, or payment method. Only one account per household is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the zk899 platform for any reason without formal reinstatement by zk899.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or any entity that employs automated betting systems, bots, or algorithmic wagering tools without prior written authorisation from zk899.

zk899 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Clause 4

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of zk899 Services — including real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use a pseudonym, fictitious identity, or another person's details at any stage of the registration process.

• Each player may register only one account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method are not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account access with any third party.
• You must notify zk899 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• zk899 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• zk899 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Clause 5

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

zk899 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to confirm the identity, age, and residency of its players. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon a first withdrawal request, or at any time that zk899 deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Indonesian residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or an official government letter.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) showing your name, or a bank account confirmation matching the registered account name.

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in a readable digital format (JPG, PNG, or PDF). Edited, obscured, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, with the matter referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

Clause 6

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zk899 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Accepted deposit methods include local Indonesian bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zk899 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which zk899 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your zk899 account balance upon confirmation of receipt, typically within minutes for e-wallet transfers.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your zk899 account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3–10 minutes for bank transfers and faster for e-wallet methods, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable fraud review.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only verified real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• zk899 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Repeated deposit-withdrawal cycles without meaningful wagering activity may be deemed as abuse and may result in account review, balance adjustment, or suspension.

Clause 7

7 Bonuses & Promotions

zk899 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses for new players, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issue. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of this period will be removed from the account.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring. Multiple accounts created to claim a bonus more than once constitute bonus abuse.
• zk899 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
• Bonuses may only be used for the eligible game categories specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Players must opt in to a bonus before making the relevant qualifying deposit, unless the promotion is awarded automatically. Retroactive bonus applications will not be processed.

Clause 8

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on the zk899 platform, covering the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and all other game categories:

• All bets placed on the zk899 sportsbook — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and esports markets — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement unless the specific market rules explicitly permit cash-out or early settlement.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the full payout to be awarded. If one leg is void due to a cancelled event, the bet is recalculated on the remaining legs in accordance with our sportsbook rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that causes a game or bet to be interrupted, zk899 will restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded at the amount staked.
• The Return to Player (RTP) rates for all slot and casino games are set by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and are publicly disclosed. zk899 does not alter RTP settings.
• zk899 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing or odds error. Players will be notified and the staked amount will be refunded in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day may apply across certain markets and game types. Current limits are available via the live chat support team.

Clause 9

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk899 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and their balance forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account under any identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or payment processing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to access, navigate, or wager on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of wagering on events where you hold non-public information that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are not valid and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy between multiple accounts designed to manipulate game outcomes or transfer funds between players.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under Indonesian law or applicable international standards.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zk899 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Clause 10

10 Account Suspension & Closure

zk899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Suspected use of bonus abuse strategies, prohibited software, or coordinated wagering schemes.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month after a further 3-month notice period, applied against the account balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, permanently forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Clause 11

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk899 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the zk899 platform or Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised third-party access.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform that are subsequently found to contain errors.
• Losses arising from changes to, or withdrawal of, promotional offers or bonus terms.
• Any indirect economic loss, loss of profits, or consequential financial damage of any kind.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit zk899's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Clause 12

12 Privacy & Data

zk899 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at zk899.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. zk899 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All player data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. zk899 complies with applicable data protection standards and will cooperate with Indonesian regulatory authorities in response to lawful data requests where required.

Clause 13

13 Responsible Gaming

zk899 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals, including those at risk of developing problem gambling behaviours. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can activate session duration reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via live chat. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

14 Amendments to These Terms

zk899 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights, financial conditions, or game rules — zk899 will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

Clause 15

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, with particular reference to the standards applicable to the online gaming and sports betting industry.

zk899 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and zk899, we encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes relating to account balances, transaction errors, or bonus calculations can be resolved promptly through our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to formal arbitration in accordance with the procedures of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by zk899.
